
File Formats Accepted
PDF (see below), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Files should be in a page-layout format with crop marks, bleeds and bleed marks included.
IMPORTANT: ALL TEXT MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES!
We will not be responsible for text that flows incorrectly or text that was not outlined.
PDF's
When creating PDFs please note the following:
Make sure that your pdf includes crop marks, bleeds and bleed marks
Make sure that all fonts are embedded (or outlined in the original application).
Make sure that all images are at or above the minimum resolution (300 dpi)
Make sure that all Images are CMYK. We cannot used images that are RBG.
Include all fonts and linked graphics.
Images may be saved in almost any format. Vector EPS and TIFF files work the best.
When possible, save images as EPS files. JPG files must be Maximum Quality encoding.
Do not reduce the size of your PDF file as it may cause loss of detail.
Bleeds
Standard bleeds of 1/8” is required for all bleed edges.
PMS Colors
PMS colors are okay for spot color printing. For process color printing, your colors must all be built in CMYK.
Notes
Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop (not accepted for spot color work) files must have crop and bleed marks provided.
We cannot accept Microsoft Powerpoint, Publisher, or Word documents as artwork.
Please be sure to include all supporting files—including screen and printer fonts and images.
Do not flatten layers.
Images must be to size and at least 300 dpi.
If your document uses spot colors, use PMS colors from the PMS color swatch libraries.
If your documents uses four color process, all colors must be built in CYMK. Do not use RGB colors.
